Over the years I have found that the people who content themselves with the basics in life are few. We all aspire to being more organised, focused, efficient and productive and the New Year is a good a time as any to take on new habits, set new targets and achieve more goals. But with the best will in the world we can stretch the boundaries of reality and promise ourselves that not only will we contact more clients, increase productivity and totally de clutter the office we will also hit the gym every day at 6am and lose that stone that has been sitting comfortably on our hips for the last 5 years.
