My philosophy is to enjoy the life we are living now whilst taking small steps towards the future you deserve. So my coaching is about making small changes to your business and these will be the stepping stones to the fulfilment of your dreams. Without putting pressure on yourself you can make many small improvements to your business which will have an accumulative effect. Over the course of several weeks and months these small changes will provide a profound improvement and you will be amazed at the growth in your business and the benefits to your work/life balance.

Meet Andy Sleet…

Andy Sleet
Andy is a coach who comes from a corporate background. His niche is to help corporate companies implement systems and strategies in order to provide growth and focus.
Andy has been involved in business for over 10 years and has successfully coached Business Owners in retail, financial, manufacturing and service industries. Prior to starting his own coaching business, he spent 25 years in the corporate environment, whilst also running his own construction business.
Andy has built up vast experience of managing large teams and working within teams, understanding the importance of teamwork in achieving great business success.
Coaching is in Andy’s blood, He has been a qualified badminton sports coach for over 15 years. Andy explains: “I always get a buzz out of helping others fulfil their potential and find it immensely satisfying to have contributed in some way. For me it is a privilege to do what I do.”
